Duluth First United Methodist Church has been a long-time supporter of Rainbow Village, a local missions ministry whose program focuses on ending homelessness through family stability, well-being, financial stability, education and training, and employment and career. Have you ever wondered what the facility and programs look like? Everyone is invited to join the United Women in Faith and tour the facility on Saturday, September 14th, at 9:30 a.m. Please meet at Rainbow Village, located at 3427 Duluth Highway 120 in Duluth (just down the street from the church). The tour should last 1-1.5 hours. Please sign up at the information table located in the Veteran’s Memorial Gathering Room or the one outside of Hinton Hall. Rainbow Village is also looking for donations of the following items: 50-gallon heavy duty contractor trash bags, gallon-size ZipLock bags, food serving gloves, disinfecting wipes, plain white printer paper.
