What do Fiddler on the Roof and Sister Act have in common? Or how does one bring Oh Brother, Where Art Thou? and Godspell together? You’ll find out soon, when you attend “Oh Happy Day: Singing Our Faith from Stage & Screen”, fundraising concerts to benefit the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR). The concerts will be held on Saturday, October 1st, at 7:30 p.m., and on Sunday, October 2nd, at 4:00 p.m. Admission to the concerts is FREE, but we will take donations for UMCOR with gratitude. UMCOR, the relief and development arm of The United Methodist Church, is involved globally in direct ministry to persons in need, whether it be those suffering in Ukraine or from natural disasters such as famine, hurricane, flood, fire or other challenges. UMCOR also provides technical support and training to address emerging and ongoing issues related to disaster relief and recovery.
