Room F-147, 1st floor Family Life Center
2.2 billion people lack access to safe water every day. 1 person dies every 37 seconds from water-related illness. This is an unjust global reality. All God’s children deserve safe water. The good news is the water crisis is solvable, and Water Mission is saving lives by designing, building, and implementing safe water solutions. Water Mission, a nonprofit Christian engineering organization based out of Charleston, SC, reaches millions of people in over 50 countries. Their work is motivated by faith in Jesus Christ, the Living Water, which compels them to serve all people regardless of age, gender, race, and faith. You are invited to learn more about Water Mission and how you can be a part of saving lives around the world, both physically and spiritually, on Monday, February 7th at 6:30 p.m. in room F-147. Hear from Water Mission staff and volunteer representatives, Deirdre Martin and Lois Young. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. The meeting will be hosted online on Zoom (Meeting ID: 812 9220 5110) if you cannot attend in person. If you any questions about the gathering or Water Mission, please contact Lois Young by e-mail at loiyoung@yahoo.com, or visit Water Mission’s website at watermission.org.
