Join us for Duluth First UMC’s Sesquicentennial Celebration on Sunday, September 19th! At the conclusion of worship on September 19th, a church family picture will be taken. We will gather in front of the main doors of the Sanctuary. After the picture is taken: Purchase lunch from the food trucks and enjoy your meal in Hinton Hall. Food trucks that will be on-site include Big Burgers & Wings truck (burgers, fries, wings, onion rings, sausages); Crave Food truck (variety of hot dogs, barbeque brisket, pork and chicken sandwiches, cole slaw, baked beans, mac & cheese, corn, potato salad, tater tots); Da Hole in the Wall food truck (fish, shrimp, and chicken); Los Rios Mexican food truck (nachos, tacos, quesadillas, burritos, keto bowls, salsa and chips); Snowie (shaved ice). Water and dessert will be available in Hinton Hall. Take the self-guided tour of the church campus that includes the new timeline and a display of historical items. Visit the Fellowship Hall to purchase a copy of The Sesquicentennial History of Duluth First United Methodist Church book; a Sesquicentennial commemorative ornament; signed prints of the three sanctuaries; a Music Ministry photo history book.
