The Duluth First UMC Missions Ministry is hosting a "Drive-Up Food Drive" food collection for the Hands of Christ Duluth Co-op, a local missions ministry, on Wednesday, July 15th, from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon). We will have the donation station set up underneath the portico in the back parking lot of the Family Life Center. We are excited to offer a meaningful and safe way for your family to serve our community during this uncertain time. We will be collecting a variety of canned, jarred, and boxed goods for the Hands of Christ Duluth Co-op. Critically needed items for July 15th are canned vegetables (peas, green beans), canned soup (chicken rice, chicken noodle, veggie beef), chunky soup, canned pasta, canned meat, pasta sauce, spaghetti, and cereal. The Missions Ministry will host the "Drive-Up Food Drive" food collections on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday's of each month for the ongoing future. *SAFETY NOTE: In order to ensure the safety of all participants and adhere to CDC guidelines regarding social distancing, we will have one family at a time drive up to drop off their donations.
