Our contemporary worship service, held in the Grand Hall of the Family Life Center, allows people of all ages to experience worship and meaningful teaching in a personal, relevant format. Music in our contemporary service, led by a dynamic praise band comprised of vocalists and instrumentalists, is praise-and-worship oriented, featuring a blend of contemporary and traditional music. Multimedia presentations are used to enhance the worship experience. The service is held in an intimate, family setting with a typical length of 1 hour.
Come as you are. You'll find all kinds of folks at Duluth First United Methodist Church, and a broad range of attire from moderately dressy to completely casual. All are welcome.
After the contemporary worship service, join one of our 11:00 a.m. Sunday School classes for further discussion and enriched fellowship.
Children, newborn through two years of age, are eligible for group care in the Duluth First United Methodist Church nursery during the 9:30 & 11:00 a.m. worship services.
